✓ Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
✓ Reporting of Accidents, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences (RIDDOR 2013)

Health hazard management - overview and changes to the current legislation affecting construction to include:
✓ Manual handling activities
✓ Effects and control of occupational stress
✓ Control of respiratory hazards with focus on asbestos and silica dust
✓ Control of hazardous substances hazardous to health
✓ Control of Vibration and Noise

Safety Hazard Management - overview and changes to the current legislation affecting construction to include:
✓ Fire on construction sites including Fire Safety Order
✓ LOLLER 1998 – element of safety in lifting
✓ High risk activities such as working at height, working in confined spaces and excavations

✓ Pollution and protection for fauna and flora
