Harness Training with element of Working at Height Awareness and elements of Fall Restraint (Leading Edge)

A short course providing awareness related to high-risk activity of working at height. The maximum number of attendants is 20 per a session which will last about 4 hours. The course will blend practical knowledge and skills of setting up fall protection an arrest system with theoretical aspects including legal responsibilities.

Harness Training Course Content


The Harness Training course contains a theoretical part as well as practical session, both followed up with an assessment to be completed by the delegate.

The content will cover the following:

- Legal perspective – HSWA 1974, Management of HSW regulations 1999 and
Working at height Regulations 2015 as well as other significant legal texts (LOLER
1998, etc.)
- Working at height awareness
